Disinfection Service

For years Eco Interior Maintenance founders had been working on a Cleaning, Disinfection and Protection System for hard and soft surfaces. Many of our clients were aware of our disinfection service product line called BactiBarrier® that we developed with Bridgepoint Systems in 2014-2015 that addressed much of what we are dealing with today.

In general, cleaning and disinfection service has been, in many cases, bid out to the cheapest provider with little concern in providing future protection of the indoor environment. The industry was not prepared for potential outbreaks like the one we are currently experiencing now with the Human Coronavirus, COVID-19. A few years after turning over the technology to our partner they chose to focus on one step disinfection processes and dropped the BactiBarrier® product line.

Fortunately, the technology is not lost and the Eco Interior Maintenance founders have stayed in touch with the manufactures of the viral/bacterial inhibiting product that offers residual protection (up to 30 days or more) on treated surfaces. Because we are knowledgeable about the 2 step process and the equipment we have to apply it, we still offer this ECO-Friendly Cleaning System. It encompasses cleaning, applying a disinfectant, followed by a microbe inhibiting protective treatment. We believe that this system of cleaning offers the most effective solution to helping to keep hard and soft surfaces free from harmful microbes.

*inhibiting the multiplication of odor-causing bacteria on hard and soft surfaces. Many other organisms and viruses have been tested over the years in many countries showing great results using 3-(trihydroxysilyl)propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride ability to inhibit the growth of harmful microbes. This would include many of the harmful microbes that exist today.
